ACTIVE PIEZO PUSH BUTTON

The electronic timing models ACTIVE PIEZO PUSH BUTTON use PIEZO activation technology.
The water supply is activated with the push of a piezoelectric push-button and stops automatically after a period or on request with a subsequent press.
The technology used by this product is a new generation technology and it is distinguished by the ability to raise the level of accuracy and safety for the opening and closing of water flow, and to ensure the desired performances even on multiple installations and/or in line (differently from the mechanical/hydraulic operated models).

Among the many possible applications (timed valve, safety valve timed, timed valve for community showers, valves for distributors etc..) and possible customizations, we illustrate below one of our standard production available in two versions:

ET1023B2RR010CR: 1 timing version.
Instant activation by pressing the push-button for a time of about 10 seconds (set in the factory) optical feedback through LED light.

ET1023B2RR020CR: 2 timing version.
There are two possible selections: timing n.1, about 10 seconds (factory preset), by pressing a single time, timing n.2, about 20 seconds (factory preset) by pressing the button for two consecutive times.

The 2 timing version allows the user to select the timing before the valve opening, thanks to one or two button presses giving also an optical feedback (two different colors of light led instead of one of the single time version).
A small delay of approximately 1 second and a half allows the user to make the selection required.

The 1 timing version is recommended in places where users constantly change (airports, schools, public toilets etc) while the two timing version is recommended in places where users are commonly a constant group (offices, installations private laboratories and medical offices etc).

SYSTEM TECHNICAL FEATURES:

• Powered by hi-performances 9Vdc alkaline battery.
• Self close functionality.
• Visible blinking warning when battery needs to be changed.
• Functional auto restore features once followed battery change.

HOW TO OPERATE:

1 TIMING VERSION
• Pushing one time the push button the GREEN led light turns on
• and the water starts flowing.
• Pushing again, while the GREEN led is active, let the unit move in
• off mode as a user function cancellation request, so the water
• stops flowing.
• In GREEN status the valve will turn on for a timeout period T1 of
• about 10 seconds.
• Once ended the timeout period the latching solenoid valve will
• self close.

2 TIMING VERSION:
• Pressing the button once, you activate a green color led light, if
• you do not press the button anymore, after about 2 seconds the
• water opens for a T1 of about 10 seconds, then it self-closes.
• Pressing the button again while the green led light is on, a blue
• light led l ights up, if you do not press the button anymore, after
• about 2 seconds the water opens for a T2 of about 20 seconds,
• then it self-closes.
• Pressing the button again while the blue led light is on, the
• activation request is cancelled, the led light turns off and the
• faucet does not dispense water.
• During T1 or T2 dispense, it is possible to close in advance the
• water flow by pressing the button again.
