The product is a compact and monolithic element.
It is a component studied to fit into a properly machined faucet spout or hand shower.
Composed by:
• An axial turbine located on the mixed water hydraulic line
• One electronic with built-in light sources, whose task is to control
• their
intensity and their mixing according to the temperature of
• the liquid that
strikes it, therefore it is defined a specific
• relationship between temperature
and mixing of the light sources.
• An aerator that allows to achieve the point of incidence between
• aerated water and light sources. This is in order to create a
• lightable virtual solid thanks to the presence of the mixture of air
• and water (aeration).
• The optic conduction of the aerated liquid thus allows to intensify
• the contact point, coloring the water. The main concept is that
• only
an aerated flow can be radially illuminated.
• A laminar flow (where aeration is not present) behaves as optical
• guide thereby not allowing the lighting of the water.
There are no wiring and electrical cables coming out of the component and no batteries are installed.
Our device can be fitted inside a faucet or component with an appropriate machined seat inside (for example a kitchen mixer showerhead) or the seat can be made at the insertion point of the same (mixer spout).
The component can be freely used not bindind the tap manufacturer to further working or post-working processing (e.g. resin casting), moreover the COLOR FOUNTAIN must be fitted with a simple aerator, that means the manufacturer can easily use the same body or spout with or without the device: the fitting thread allows to install a common M24x1 aerator.
Being a component, the product can be easily removed without risks from its housing by the final user, in any case of need.
